If the Granary Smart feeder can't connect to the Wi-Fi, you can try the following steps for troubleshooting:
1. Remove the batteries:
Unplug the feeder, then plug it back in and wait for 30 seconds to allow it to load up.
2. Factory Reset the Feeder:
Perform a factory reset by holding down the Reset button until you hear "Reset Successfully."
After a few seconds, the feeder will finish loading and prompt "Ready for Wi-Fi Connection."
3. Reset the Router and Positioning:
Reset your router and position it within 15 feet of the feeder.
Check if the firewall on your Wi-Fi or router is preventing the feeder from connecting.
4. Exit the app and reopen the app to select the upper right icon "+" on the homepage to "ADD DEVICE."
5. Connect via Different Method:
Exit the app. Reopen it and select the "ADD DEVICE" icon at the upper corner on the home page to re-add the device to the app. If the Bluetooth method fails, try the Device Hotspot Method. For detailed instructions, refer to the following videos:
6. Use a Mobile Hotspot:
If possible, enable a mobile hotspot WiFi on another phone and attempt to add the feeder to the app via this shared Wi-Fi.
