What do I do if the Pixie Mouse Interactive Cat Toy won't charge or turn on? (IT001, PLIT001)

1. Confirm the toy has not been exposed to water since water will cause serious damage to the chip.
2. Try another power adapter and see if it works (Use a 5V 1A Power Supply Power Adapter). If this does not work, please try another power cable to check.
3. Try different wall outlets.
4. Unplug the toy, then press and hold the nose for 5 seconds to check if it can be turned on.
5. If the toy does not respond after inserting the power cable, please try pushing the cable with a little strength at different angles to see if it can make better contact.

Note: the light strip turns yellow during charging and turns green when fully charged.
