What can I do if my Glacier water fountain is not flowing properly? (WF007, PLWF007)

If your Glacier water fountain did not flow properly, you can try the following troubleshooting steps.

1. Clean the water fountain thoroughly.

Key points:

• Water outlet. Wipe it with a slightly damp cloth. Soapy water is needed.
• Water pipe and the mesh filter.

2. Make sure the water fountain is assembled correctly.

Key points:

• No gap between the black filtration unit and the water tank.
• No gap under the black filter unit.
• The power cord is properly fixed in the cord slot.

3. Add water to the Max water level line to ensure that the water is sufficient.

4. Replacing the ultrafilter. Normally the ultrafilter is requested to be replaced every two months, but if you have more than 1 pet, you need to replace it more often.

If the filter is hard to pull out, it is suggested that you use a stick tool (such as a spoon) to pry it out.
