Here are the detailed steps to ensure a successful connection:

1. Verify the App: Please confirm that you have downloaded the Petlibro app (not the Petlibro Lite app).

2. Reset the Fountain: Press and hold the "Reset" button on the back of the base for 6 seconds until the Wi-Fi indicator light flashes white once per second (indicating it’s in connection mode).

3. Open the App: Open the Petlibro app, tap "Add Device" in the top right corner, and select the detected model PLWF305 Dockstream RFID Smart Fountain.

4. Network Settings: Ensure your Wi-Fi is set to the 2.4GHz band, and enter the correct Wi-Fi name and password.

5. Confirm Addition: Tap "Next" and confirm to add the detected PLWF305.

6. Calibration: Ensure there’s nothing on the base and that it is level. Move the water tank aside and click to confirm "Weight Calibration."
