Confirm that the sticker on the bottom of your device is 203S, then you can refer to this article.
Troubleshooting steps:
1. Remove the batteries if you have installed them and only use the power cord to check again.
2. If you have other power cords or adapters, try changing the power cord and adapter to check again.
3. Try to change the outlet to see if it works better.
4. Remove the SD card if you have installed it.
5. Hold the unlock button for 6 seconds to unlock the feeder then hold the reset button for 6 seconds to reset the feeder. Then wait for a few seconds until you hear the voice "Ready for WiFi connection". Then you can start the connecting operation on the app.
