What should I do if the AF203 camera feeder displays the outlet block in the APP?

Confirm that the sticker on the bottom of your device is 203 rather than 203S, then you can refer to this article.

If your feeder is not actually blocked, but Petlibro lite APP says outlet block:

In order to resolve the problem and clear the alarm, we recommend updating the firmware. However, please note that the food blockage sensor will be disabled. Rest assured, this will not impact the other functions of the feeder.

Submit a request, and provide the device ID of your feeder so that we can push the firmware to resolve this issue(you can also refer to the picture to get the information).
