9. Is the Polar Wet Food Feeder compatible with storing and dispensing raw meat or low-temperature cooked food?
The Polar Wet Food Feeder can support beef cans, chicken cans, and other types of tins. There is a cool system inside the feeder that can keep it fresh. However, due to the characteristics of raw food and low-temperature cooking food(more likely to deteriorate than other wet food, and the shelf-life of different products varies greatly), out of care for your furry babies’ health, we do not recommend the use of Polar to store and feed the raw meat products.
10. How long can wet food be left in the food bowl? Will it still refrigerate food if the feeder hasn't been reset after 72 hours?
The maximum shelf life of the product is 3 days (72h). Even if there is no feeding plan set or the feeding plan ends but there is food residue, the feeder will continue to cool; however, we strongly recommend that the residual wet food be cleaned up in a timely manner after the feeding plan ends, even if you do not plan to use it the near future.

The Polar Wet Food Feeder is not compatible with a microchip and it doesn't support the RFID feature.

Additionally, the feeder will dispense food according to the schedule for the next 12 hours. After this period, it will no longer follow the programmed feeding settings.
To ensure optimal performance, please plug in the feeder by using its provided charger and insert three AA batteries as emergency backup power.
Note: Batteries are not included with the purchase of this feeder.
13. What is the length of the power cable?
The 12V-5A charger features a cable length of approximately 1.5 meters. Additionally, the dimension of the power port is 5.5*2.1 mm.
14. How are products kept fresh?
The product utilizes advanced semiconductor refrigeration technology to extend the shelf life of food by lowering its temperature.
*Explanation of the product's refrigeration function: When the current passes through the semiconductor refrigeration chip, it causes an endothermic effect, resulting in the production of cold temperatures. Subsequently, the low temperature is transmitted to the food bowl refrigeration area through the metal, preserving the food at a low temperature. Heat dissipation occurs at the other end, and efficient heat dissipation is facilitated through heat sinks and fans.
15. How does the Polar Wet Food Feeder refrigerate and thaw the food?
Once the Polar Wet Food Feeder is connected to the Petlibro app, it will refrigerate the wet food to approximately 13°C (23.4℉) below the ambient room temperature, ensuring the food stays fresh.
Please note that the refrigeration effect can be influenced by the room temperature; if the room temperature is higher, the feeder’s refrigeration temperature inside the feeder can be higher as well.
If the temperature in the feeder drops below about 13°C (55.4℉), the feeder will stop the refrigeration 1 hour before the scheduled feeding time. Then, the feeder will rotate the scheduled food section to the front compartment to start the thawing process 30 minutes later to let the temperature of the food close to room temperature. This logic allows the feeder to offer pets a better feeding experience.
Additionally, when the feeder opens the sliding lid to dispense for pets, the feeder still cools the food in other food sections.
16. What is the recommended ambient temperature for using the feeder?
In order to achieve the best refrigeration and preservation effect, it is recommended to use this product at an ambient temperature of 53°F-86°F(12℃~30℃) and avoid direct sunlight, high temperature, and humidity.
17. Can I set up the Polar Wet Food Feeder without the WiFi network and Petlibro app?
The Polar Wet Food Feeder doesn't have physical programming buttons except for a reset button and a release button. Setup is only possible when the feeder is plugged in and connected to the Petlibro app via a 2.4 GHz WiFi network.
18. Can the Polar Wet Food Feeder support simultaneous connections to multiple mobile devices?
The Polar Wet Food Feeder can connect to only one phone simultaneously. However, the feeder can be shared with another person who has a Petlibro app on her/his phone and a Petlibro app account.
19. Can I manually initiate a food dispensing for my pet through the Petlibro app even when I remotely access it?
Once the feeder is plugged in and connected to the Petlibro app with a strong and stable 2.4 GHz WiFi network, you can manually dispense food for your pets on your app even if you are not at home.
20. How does the product ensure the safety of pets?
