The cloud video storage feature is associated with the package you have purchased and supports the storage of videos on the cloud for either up to 7 days or 30 days. Each day, expired recordings will be deleted, ensuring that only the recordings from the last 7 or 30 days are stored at all times.
As an example, if you opt for the 30-day annual package, the cloud recording function will be active for 365 days, starting from the date of purchase. It allows you to store the video recordings from the last 30 days on the cloud in a continuous loop.
Let's say you purchased a cloud storage package on January 1, 2023. The cloud video storage function will automatically activate after the purchase. It will start storing video files generated from January 1 to January 30 on the cloud. On January 31, the system will automatically delete cloud video files that are 30 days old (i.e., from January 1) and continue storing cloud video files from January 2 to January 31. This process will continue for subsequent days in the same manner.
