We offer two mobile applications: the Petlibro App and the Petlibro Lite App. It's important to note that our various products are designed to be compatible with only one of these apps, not both. To ensure a seamless user experience, please select the appropriate app based on the model of your Petlibro product.

For users with the following product models, please download the Petlibro Lite App:

• Essential Feeder - 4L (Model: PLAF101)
• Essential Feeder - 6L (Model: PLAF102)

If you own any of the products listed below, please download the Petlibro App instead:

• One RFID Feeder (Model: PLAF301)
• Polar Wet Food Feeder (Model: PLAF109)
• Space Smart Feeder (Model: PLAF107)
• Air Smart Feeder (Model: PLAF108)
• Dockstream Smart Water Fountain (Model: PLWF105)
• Dockstream RFID Smart Water Fountain (Model: PLWF305)

In the case of the Granary Smart Feeder or Granary Smart Camera Feeder, it is necessary to check the product nameplate located on the bottom of the feeder to determine which app is compatible.

• If the nameplate displays either PLAF103S or PLAF203S, please proceed to download the Petlibro App.
• If the nameplate displays either PLAF103 or PLAF203, please proceed to download the Petlibro Lite App.
