What should I do if the Essential Wi-Fi feeder is unable to connect to the APP or Wi-Fi? (PLAF101, PLAF102)

1. Make sure the network has only a 2.4GHz frequency band.

2. Make sure the APP's version is the latest version. You can check it on the setting page.

Open the APP "Petlibro Lite" or "Smartlife", and tap "Me", then tap the setting icon in the upper right corner. Tap "about" to check the version.

3. Let the feeder be next to the router, and then try to connect again.

At the same time, make sure the password for your Wi-Fi is within 12 characters, made of only numbers and letters, and case-sensitive.

5. Use another phone to try to connect.
